How do I get a Library Card?
To apply for a card:
Visit the Kinsman Free Public Library with a valid ID and proof of current address to complete a library card application. A photo ID AND proof of current address is required for all card applicants.
- Ohio Residents: Free
- Out of state residents: one-time $5.00 fee
Under 18 years must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
New cards applicants are limited to 4 check outs until they receive their new card. Once the card is received in the mail there is no limit to checkouts.
